I cannot understand that this institution calls itself an "Internationally Accredited University" !!?? Their administration and registration of Not only existing students but also new students is SHAMBOLIC to say the least .....They are on a par with failed State Owned Entities.....I have been given a whatsapp number to try and sort out registration....HOW can this be professional ??....the service is terrible and other comments / reviews about VC being professional in accepting fees is spot-on and correct.....What they charge and the commensorate service expected to be given are MILES apart ! I regret sending my sons here as I was expecting FIRST CLASS service based on what they profess to be in terms of a Higher Educational body . Their "staff" who are trying to assist are *********** and , most likely , in house students who have been thrown to the "wolves" because they are none the wiser in relation to a highly important concept know to us as "Customer Care" !!
