Varsity college doesn't care.

The IIE Varsity college does not consider their students. Recently I had to write an accounting paper as well as statistics the second day after. They did not make amy exceptions at all. After spending many hours cramming for both on campus exams and put in all my efforts only to find out that the accounting paper was leaked. I am a 80 to 90% average student and have achieved 99% for my first accounting assignment and then 100% for the second, this means that I always put in as much as possible to see results. I am by no means a lazy student and I have a full time job. Varsity college now expects me to rewrite the 5th of December or the 11th of January but what they don't understand is that I don't have anymore leave. My. companies financial yeat end is in March therefore my leave was already used to prepare and study for mu exams I have tried communicating with them and all they say is that there is nothing they can do. This leak was on their side and as far as I am aware distance students had no part in this. Why should students suffer for their mistakes? Why can't Varsity college be lenient and provide a take-home exam as it was their fault in the first place. Clearly their very " secure procedure" did not work so now I have to decide between my job or my studies. Clearly I can pass on my CASS alone for this module but they really don't care about their students not even enough to make it a take home exam. I understand there are policies in place but the least they can do is provide us with a better solution.
