Varsity College causes panic and stress among students

I have been in constant contact with Varsity College online staff regarding registration. Each of the staff members I have spoken to made promises which were not kept. I have to keep following up to ensure that my problem is being worked on. I have studied with VC for years now and it is just getting worse and worse. This year (2023), I have been back and forth with them since registration opened and my issue is still not sorted out. I am already receiving communication that priorities have moved to starting the semester and that I need to finalise my registration ASAP but it is impossible as the staff are not doing what they need to! Us, as students, are in a panic as we cannot order text books or get anything sorted out before the start of the semester (which is at the end of Feb) because our registration is not even completed due to the complete lack of interest and communication from VC staff. What makes it worse is that the staff members are rude and have excuses for everything. This is our futures and VC has proven that it means absolutely nothing to them.

I regret starting my degree with Varsity College.
