Varsity College blatantly disregards mental health

Varsity College blatantly disregards their students' mental health. Last year I wrote my exams from home with online invigilation but this year they are not allowing this, despite an official letter from a psychiatrist explicitly stating the importance of me writing from home. In fact, they are not even affording me a separate room. Granted, they have said that I can provide a letter requesting one and they can "consider it for approval" but I am not sure how much more of a letter I can provide... For three years I have had nothing but issues with this awful institution. I cannot recommend AVOIDING them more.
