Traumatic experience

<div>Honestly one of the WORST universities you could ever attend.

My mother died unexpectedly on the 1st of April. She was supporting me. I requested to cancel my studies on the 4th of April until further notice because I CANNOT afford them. I tried calling, emailing and requesting tickets to get my debit order stopped ONLY GET CORRESPONDENCE ON THE 20th of April. I have been told that my debit order has been processed and cannot be reversed.

This has become a TRAUMATIC experience for me along with grieving my dead mother - my account is about to be drained into the negative. I’m disgusted.

I have paid over 20k to this university already before starting - registration fees and 2 monthly instalments. I am studying online so you don’t even the luxuries on campus students get. I hadn’t even submitted my first assignment.

At this point I want EVERY SINGLE last bit of money that I have paid to this university back and I will be taking further action.

What an absolute joke.</div>
