THE WORST COLLEGE REGISTRATION EXPERIENCE

This College is getting worse every year! I am a third year BCOM student and im struggling to get registered and an simple invoice for my bursary for the past 3 months!!! They have support lines, whatsapp support chats but non of them works! I am sitting in collabs without books! THE MOST *********** I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE! We have assignments due soon and i have no books because varsity college cannot finalise my registartion and issue me with an invoice!!!!
