The biggest disappointment of my life!

The service is awful!!! I've been calling every single day for the past 2 months and they told me TWICE that the problem has been fixed with my modules on my VC. They **** Twice!!! I don't know what I'm paying for. It has been a huge let down. Paying so much for a private institute and receiving sooooooo much less than what I should for the amount I'm paying for!
