THE ABSOLUTE WORST COLLEGE- THEY MAKE YOU PAY AND THEN DONT ASSIST YOU.

If I could give zero stars I would.

This is by far the worst college to study with.

I am so dissatisfied with the service from such an esteemed college. I am studying with VC for 4 years now and every single year they have managed to disappoint me in some way or the other. I have been trying to register for this year from the middle of January. First there was no modules on the registration portal, it took them about a week to fix that. Then there was modules but no amounts so I stil couldn't register, it took them another 2 or 3 weeks then they responded saying they fixed the problem. Yet when I checked there was only 2 modules loaded on for me. This went on right up until the 22cnd when I spoke to Lucas Mohale. I was then registered only on the 23rd of March. I only got the wise books link on this day. I got access to my portal on the 24th of March. I was able to download the pass and realised that my Finance 3A was due on the 22cnd of March and Accounting 2B was due on the 23rd of March but I still didn't have access to an recorded lectures or the assignments for that matter and I was emailed the assignments on the 29th of March.

All students who registered late was given 10 extra days from the original due date to complete assignments. I only received textbooks 6 days after registration because I was provided with the link late. How was I even suppose to finish 4 weeks of work for 2 modules in 4 days and do the assignment, which I only had access to on the 29th of March and was expected to submit on the 5th of April? I logged a query and was told that if I feel that the 10 days is not enough I can log a ticket for extension due to unavoidable circumstances. I did exactly that and they email me back today telling me I am declined because I was supposed to email 5 days after the original due date yet I was only registered on the due date. And got my materials including the assignment 6 days later leaving me with 4 days.

I logged a query and was advised by a VC customer relations officer Melody Hendey to follow this process. How can I get declined if I was told to do this?

I have paid my fees in full for the entire year. They took my money happily but will not even give me an extension due to errors on their side for my late registration.

If anyone who reads this can assist me with how to take this matter further, I will really appreciate it.

Varsity College is a joke and I will not recommend them to anyone. You rather use government facilities which are cheaper and will definitely be more helpful.
