TERRIBLE VC REGISTRATION PROCESS

Well... here we are again for VC... it's that time of the year for registration and yet again the process seems to have massive speed bumps. Trying to sign into the new portal seems basically impossible at this point. When I say login with SSO as a returning student, it tells me I need to reset my password. When I try to reset the password I have to put in the current password as part of the process and it tells me that the current password doesn't match (the same password i have used for 2 years in a row). So now I basically cannot create a new password to get into the portal to start my registration process... I tried phoning and it just rings, I tried to say forgot password and it says the password will be sent to me in 5 - 10 mins (its been about 2 hours) I have now logged a ticket, knowing that i will only get a response in 3-5 business days which is sad because all I want to do is sort out my portal so that I can register and the account payer also doesnt just have free time to do this with me. Every single year VC... it creates problems and stress for students...
