Terrible, unhelpful staff. These people don't care about your challenges. Don't choose them for your studies.

Had a financial block (this was caused by a misunderstanding in the first semester, struggling with inadequate staff who could not sort out my registration queries) and could not access the student portal. This stopped me from being able to view the first semester results and I could only pay the full amount (over 1K!) recently. I then saw I missed an opportunity to write a SUPP for one of the modules. I asked humbly for assistance to a solution but the response was cold and unhelpful, basically saying it's my own problem for not being able to see my results and that I failed the module. And the AUDACITY to send a survey to rate their service with that nonchalant response!! There is no humanity, no empathy - all they care about is money. Do not consider them for distance studies - it was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.
