Terrible service for online students

Terrible service, i have been asking since the beginning of January to assist with registration as i am leaving south africa.

I have even made payment for the year and escalated numerous times and nothing is happening, their phones are always busy causing me t hold for hours. The IT tickets i log gets resolved without anyone contacting me.

No assistance at all, really terrible college when it comes o online students
