Terrible service

<div>I read through the HBPCC information guide and I qualified for 2 academic credits for 2 modules that I had previously completed with Varsity College on tgeir BCom programme. I then app**** for these credits and only 1 was granted. I sent 3 e- mails to the institution asking why the one credit was not passed and no response to date. It was however clearly stipulated on the information brochure that the module that I needed credited was equivalent to the one I had done before. I now have to pay for a module that I have under my belt and still pay for it. The worst is that my correspondence is being ignored.</div>
