Terrible communication

Horrible communication in regards to recieving due dates for assessments and final projects. I have requested 3 times on their system to help me get to my semester schedule, and still no one has responded. Going to campus is pointless, since there wasn't anyone there, due to construction on the site. They have no regard or care for their online students, only when we make noise loud enough that brings public attention, do they resppond. This is a very expensive college, and with the sum of money I spend on this institue, I am wasting my time and money. This my fifth year with this institute and something went horribly wrong this year, because the previous years they were 5 stars. Not even in hard lock down, during covid did I struggle this badly with communication from the college. Lecturers are only able to help so far since they are not the ones who plan out the dates, they do try their best with what they have control over, and that much I appreciate but it really doesnt do me any good if I as a student cannot not see changes that may happened on important dates.
