Terrible Communication

My experience studying there was not bad. I managed to pass all my modules.

My problem is after graduating. So i graduated last week however i have been requesting my for academic transcript and i had no luck doing so. This is unprofessional. When i was at Wits i just clicked to request a transcript and i immediately received it in two minutes. Fix this please
