If I can give ZERO stars I will. But this institution is working on my last nerve now.

I am in my 4th and final year with this institution (VC Online). I dont even want to go into all the issues experienced over the years, but just going to focus on my last stretch ito this studies. My company pays for my studies, on condition I send them my previous results, and the new invoice. Firstly getting an invoice out of VC is a schlep. Eventually could get one, which then I sent.

My company needed some additional details which they tried contacting VC with very little assistance. Upon waiting on VC for so long, my company couldnt make the payment and VC subsequently blocked my student portal. Its May month and eventually my company got what they wanted and sent me the PAYMENT stub which I then sent to VC. Yet they still ask for proof of my company's banking account that the payment was made. What employee goes to the company's top person and asks for a copy of their bank statement? The payment stubb is sufficient which payment was done 25th April already. But VC still has my portal blocked, and again, its May. I must write in June.

Trying to get hold of their call centre is terrible, No one answers. You wait an eternity online (I eventually just put down). But when they want money they flood your emails and call you non-stop.

Hate this place, never recommending.
