Terrible assistance

I was very excited to start my postgraduate diploma in data analytics. But as I got told to regjster everything fell apart. My student advisor is ghosting me, the registration data capturer employee is not assisting me with my queries, no campus provides assistance as they “do not have access”, the emeris online phone number rings forever and no one answers. No one provides assistance wich worries me because if the assistance and admin is so utterly terrible how bad must the degree it self be. This is so disappointing and not the same experience I had with my bachelors at newlands campus
