"System glitch"

Results for module from 1st semester suddenly changed from qualifying for SUPP to F. Only explanation given is that it must have been "a system glitch". This is unacceptable. Repeating a module is more money in their pockets.

All you do is LIE and want proof of their glitch knowing full well it's impossible to provide. I do not recommend Varsity College for online studies. They don't give a damn.
