Still Unhappy

The finance/admin is really bad. A few months back I raised concerns of my account only to find out that my payment method was incorrectly captured on the system. Contact was made with me eventually and arrangements were implemented after my hellopeter review for their mistake. Yet still my results got placed on hold due to their mistake and no response to my emails. Thank goodness this is my last year!
