Stay away from Varsity College Online - Horrific Service

I spent R 40 000 on a higher certificate course with Varsity College with the intention of starting my BCOM with them following my qualification, my experience has been nothing less of a nightmare.

Countless issues with registration at first with little to no support, this is my second Hello Peter because I am just at wits end.

Regardless of the issues, I pushed through and completed my final exam on the 04th of July, passed all my subjects, I did project management with them in 2016 and got an academic credit approved for this course. it is now 3 months later and after many attempts for assistance to correct my results and get advise on how I can get my certification, my results are still not corrected with the credit and I still have no idea as to how or when I will get my qualification.

I am not alone in this regard as my entire class are also in the dark.

I am appalled by the service received by Varsity College, we are working adults with very little spare time on our hands but we constantly need to chase them for assitance.

I do not recommend Varsity College for Tertiary Education, stay away.
