So upset and disappointed with the service

I am so upset and angry. Firstly, my registration took ages with multiple problems. Now that I'm registered I've had a missing module on my vclearn for weeks and I have called and emailed every single day and I either get transferred or told they'll call me back and they don't. The problem has not been sorted with my modules and in addition I get a statement saying I owe R870 more when I don't and I've paid the right amount for the past 2 months and finance is nowhere to be heard from as they don't answer calls or emails. I am beyond upset and disappointed in VC.
