Terrible representative and extremely rude

<div>I am an international student and tried to register online. I received an error and then tried the WhatsApp feature on the website. I then tried the Live Chat feature on the website several times and it always said you are busy and I must leave my details. I then contacted **** as he was the contact person for international students per your website. From the beginning he was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. He did not even say "good day" or "hello" .I am dumbfounded that you can employ somebody like this and allow them to be student facing. When I asked him for an apology he responded by saying "that would be nice". He will most likely deny all of this but I have saved all the screenshots of the conversation.</div>
