Rude, arrogant and entitled

I emailed a senior student advisor at the college. She came recommended by another consultant. She was so rude on her emails and not able to assist. Her reasoning was becos she only works with distant learning. I didn't mind that she didn't have the answers but the way she came across on the email. If this is what senior people at the college are then we should expect from the junior student advisors.
