Returning second year student and slowly losing hope.

I have had endless issues with my registration. The whatsapp line cant help and the *** number never gets answered. I have paid my registration fee over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my confirmation email. Lectures start at the end of Feb and I cant even order my text books.

As an online student I feel like there is just no hope some days as we are not afforded the same treatment as on-campus students who can go to campus for answers.
