Request for Graduation Information Update

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of information regarding our upcoming graduation ceremony. As a graduating student, I believe it is crucial for all of us to have clear details about the graduation dates and confirmation of the venue in order to adequately prepare for this important milestone.

Unfortunately, to date, I have not received any communication regarding the specific dates of the graduation ceremonies nor confirmation of the venue where these ceremony will take place. This lack of information has caused significant uncer*****y and has made it difficult for myself and my fellow graduates to plan accordingly.

Having this information in a timely manner will not only alleviate concerns but also allow us to make the necessary arrangements to ensure our participation in the ceremonies. I understand that organizing such events can be complex, but I believe that timely and transparent communication will greatly assist us in this process.
