Request for Assignment exetension
I am an online student at Varsity College and the reason behind that is that I work full time.. I missed my assignment date and I have requested a work exception and I have been given the run around by student Hub and VC Assist, mas whats the point of offering a service to log tickets that you clearly can not lot assist with? What support is offered to an online student who has a lot to deal with ? I pay for my tuition out of pocket I will now fail my modules due to lack of support from the same institution that I expect to get a qaulification from and no one cares.

16 Oct 2021, 15:05The manager kept asking me questions as if i was in court, she stated the institution never recieved my VC Assist ticket and case number, After I provieded those details and even explained the situation all over again the lady Manager kept asking more questions never once did she make me feel like she was going to assist or even give me a way forward she Just kept acting as if I am creating a story. If this is the way students are treated I definitly regret choosing this institution.
