Registration - Endless chaos and Incompetence

Third year of endless registration nightmares . New IT systems implemented without being tested and as a result chaos reigns . Student results cannot be found , modules are not loaded , registration processes that just do not work and registration staff who are not equipped to deal with the ongoing crisis .

Yet again it will be a scramble to complete registration and start the first semester without textbooks for most as we won’t receive them on time and then students who don’t have access to the various platforms .

It’s a sad state for a private institution and yet we are stuck here as we have already started our degrees with them .

I am not hopeful that registration will be complete in time !!!
