Registration cancellations

After a gap year, decided to continue my BCom course only to discover that the system had changed as well as the login details. After numerous attempts via email and phone managed to get the login details to register, on the web page the courses was selected and could not be unchecked. After trying again to get assistance which was unsuccessful this time, I decided to not do the course and since I didn't sign any documents, nor did I make a payment I left the registration checkout as is. Few months later I received a call about my academic status and the lady was helpful I told her I will return next year. The lady called back to say that my account was activate and that I need to cancel it. I did on the VC try canceling and there was no reply. Today I wanted to try again since I have received an SMS and after two attempts of resetting my password I cannot login.
