Registration and Deadline MESS

I do not even know where to start. This is my second year with Varsity College as a returning, distance student (fully online, no contact). During the application and first registration in 2021 they made me jump through serious hoops and I finally got registered. Understandably there is a lot of paperwork at first application. When registration opened in 2022 (17 Jan), I knew it would be easy as all my details are loaded and ready and I am a returning student with 4 modules over 90% and 4 modules over 80% for the first year. Surely they would appreciate all students (as we pay a lot) but also the high achievers. BOY, was I WRONG! The new registration system was a shambles! Again, I understand new systems has glitches, it has been over a week with no feedback as to what the status is now that registration for returning students is suspended. As I am under bursary from my company, I have to pay my tuition in full and submit proof of registration and full payment to them by 31 January for processing through our bursary and reimbur*****t system. In light of this, I finally got someone to help me register manually (due to the system being offline). I filled in pages and pages of forms, finally got the academic progression report corrected (Varsity just selected majors for me, which was wrong!), and made FULL payment via the website. I have yet to receive anything other than a "thanks we received your contract". I have alerted them that time is running out to give me proof of registration.... Now we wait, this may cost me a lost bursary due to the absolute incompetence. I understand the system issues and I understand the challenges and teething problems but WHY allow for MANUAL registration when that TOO cannot be done. It is all empty promises and no action. I am so mad.
