Refund not fulfilled

Still awaiting for my R2500 refund from the 10th Febuary 2025, not getting any communication it's now the 11th of March and you guys stated 21 days even business days have passed. I hate that I feel like I'm only assisted when I complain, can I kindly get my money back.

Guys yall said 21 working days which is a really long time to wait which I waited, I've emailed finance and I get emails stating they waiting for finance to get back to them doesn't make sense please send my money
