Premium fees for less than Mediocre service

If you are looking for a private institution for your child please think very carefully before enrolling them at Varsity College. They sell a dream and the reality is endless administration issues and no communication. My latest in a long list of complaints is with my daughters accounting lecturer and even though she has tried to deal with the matter herself her lecturer is unmoving and refuses to assist. I have now lodged a formal complaint with the head of BCom online and am yet to even receive an acknowledgement to my emails. We are paying a premium and am getting less that mediocre service. Varsity college needs to do better and I am looking at moving my daughter to another institution who actually wants their students to do well and doesn't hinder them passing their modules which is what is currently happening.
