Poor service

Imi am steuggling for more than 3 weeks to get my sons results and dull academic report so that he can apply for the Post Grad Diploma. This is back and forth from pillar tot post and in the mean time we must register and if we register late then there is a late registration penalty. Last year we also had problems. I don’t know why the fees as so high if the service is so poor
