Pathetic, Unfriendly service!!!!

Hi, I am studying part-time with Varsity College . since December before the staff goes on leave I have been emailing and calling to be assisted with password reset.

My SUP was due on 11 January 2021 but to a password issue, I couldn’t access the system. Due to that, I was late to submit and now I am told I only logged VC assist to be assisted on the 11th to my surprise no one Is willing to take further steps to check and investigate on the system if what I am saying can be traced. I logged the matter with the student advisor who told me I have to register the module again, what a pathetic service, you are only interested in our funds but not willing to assist further if there's a problem. I am not happy at all about how this matter is being handled. I do not understand why this is such a mission, you are very quick to call and ask for money but never quick to assist or investigate matters of your own .\ Thank you for your service I will get a college that will value me as a student and value my money.
