Pathetic service from Varsity College Online

Recently moved from being a Full time student to online ( distance learning ) . I am experiencing the worst service ever ! At first it was the registration process but got over it , now we onto marks . My marks were captured incorrectly and again semester 1 marks still don’t appear on the portal a month and few weeks later after the written exams . Poor communication from the institution, unprofessional ! How are we suppose to move to Semester 2 when we do not know the outcomes of Semester 1 ?
