Pathetic service from an overpriced institution

Pathetic service! After many issues last year, I was optimistic that this year would be better but I have been wrong so far! Registration has been a disaster! The "help" line is useless and everyone just keeps saying someone else will contact you and no one ever does. The semester begins this week and I am missing multiple modules that I registered for and paid the deposit for. This service is shocking. The fees have increased dramatically and, quite frankly, the service provided does not warrant the fees required. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I would advise against anyone who wishes to study at Varsity College. I am an online student because I work two full-time jobs and now I am having to chase after this institution to beg them to perform their very simple task of registering me. Pathetic service.
