Pathetic Service

Been a student with Vc since 2020 and never had an issue while on campus face to face degrees. Switched to an online approach due to starting work and have had issue upon issue every single registration. Varsity college online does not know what they are doing. Besides not even answering your calls and emails, once you do eventually get ahold of someone they pass you on to the next person because they don’t know how to help you yet the issue is on their end. If it wasn’t for the fact that no other campus offers the modules I need I wouldn’t have ever done my degree with Vc online. I’d rather go to a public institution knowing that atleast with the pathetic service I’d be saving money compared to the fees at Vc. It’s absolutely ridiculous paying so much of fees just for horrible lack of service and support. I’ve had different consultants tell me they will call me back with feedback regarding my registration issues and nobody has ever gotten back to me even days later, but when the late registration deadline passes and the fee kicks in they will be very prompt in letting you know you owe them that money
