Pathetic service

I am currently doing my 2nd qualifications with Varsity College however this year has been horrible. Due to their new system this academic year has been a complete mess. I have written my exams over 2 months ago and i am yet to receive my marks. How are we expected to start the new semester when we aren't aware of out results? When you call the Sandton campus they advise you to log a ticket as they do not deal with distance studen. i find this very funny because when im paying them they do not tell me that they do not deal with distance students.
