Pathetic Institute - Do Not Consider This as an Option to Further Your Education

I am extremely disappointed with Emeris. I registered for four modules, and all four were available on ARC two weeks ago. As of last week, one module was suddenly removed with no explanation.

I logged four separate queries. Only one received a response, where I was told “I have escalated the matter and will provide feedback shortly.” That was five days ago. I followed up and received no response at all.

Campus started last week and I am already missing out on work and content. It’s not like students get extra time or leniency on assignments because of their administrative failures. We are expected to perform and submit on time, yet Emeris cannot even ensure students are properly registered.

What is most frustrating is that Emeris is very efficient when it comes to money but completely absent when students actually need help. When I selected “register and pay later”, I received three phone calls, an email, and an SMS pressuring me to make payment. SO MY QUESTION IS: WHERE IS THE SAME URGENCY AND COMMUNICATION WHEN STUDENTS NEED SUPPORT?? Emeris only cares about getting paid. Once they have your money, you are left chasing basic assistance that you are already paying for. This level of service is unacceptable for an educational institution.

Trying to contact Emeris is an absolute joke. I have called numerous times, and the phone just rings until it goes to voicemail every single time. If you cannot answer calls or assist students, then do not advertise a “student support” number. It is misleading and unprofessional. Students are expected to meet deadlines, attend lectures, and stay accountable, yet when we need urgent assistance, there is no one available. No answers, no call backs, no support. For an institution that claims to support students, Emeris completely fails at the most basic level of communication.
