Online students are TIRED of poor service

While 3 of my 4 tutors are wonderful, that is because of them as individuals and certainly NOT a result of Varsity College. Varsity College contrasts the amazing tutors entirely by providing SHOCKING service. In the first semester I did not have access to my content for weeks, having to navigate the work blindly. Later in the semester, I had to reupload all my work for one of the modules as it somehow all disappeared off their system - this happened THREE times. I had hope for the second semester as I had miraculously gotten access to my content in time (more than most students can say) but the Semester 1 struggles continue as Varsity College has published the INCORRECT results on my report card. I have logged several tickets that just got closed with no result and I finally received a response and was told it would be rectified but it HAS NOT been. I am trying to focus on the new semester but instead I am having to chase down Varsity College to correct their mistakes. Varsity College... Take the hint from the excessively low reviews you have and FIX IT.
