ONLINE STUDENT SYSTEM PROBLEMS AND LACK OF SUPPORT

This is my son's 3rd year at Varsity College as an Online student and after last years terrible experience with online registration issues and support of online students, we were hoping that Varsity College learned from that and improved their system of support to Online students. Unfortunately it seems that the issues are still the same and online students have to endure a week or longer to be helped once a ticket has been logged. Also the registration portal in not working for registration of subjects and gives the wrong amount to pay??? How many more students have to SHOUT OUT their frustrations before something will be done?
