Ongoing Refund Delays and Poor Communication

I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing delay in receiving my refund from Varsity College.

While my account has now been correctly allocated, updated, and debit orders stopped ,which I appreciate I submitted my refund request over two months ago with all the required documents, and I’m still waiting. What should be a simple refund process has become unnecessarily long and frustrating.

I’ve followed up multiple times, only to be passed between people with no clear answers. At this point, emails are ignored, calls are not returned, and I’ve completely lost confidence in the follow-through. I know the pattern by now I’ll probably be told someone will call me, but they never do.

I genuinely don’t understand what could possibly take this long to process a basic refund. It’s disappointing how difficult it’s been to get proper support after payment has been made.

I’m again requesting that Varsity College urgently finalise and pay out my refund,this matter has dragged on far too long.
