Ongoing Lack of Communication and Outstanding Document

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the continued lack of communication and failure to provide my required academic documents. I was clearly informed that I would receive my transcript, letter of completion, and all relevant graduation communication by 13 February 2026. To date, I have not received any of these documents. What has made this situation even more distressing is the ongoing inconsistency in communication. I call daily to follow up, and each time I am given a different explanation. I am repeatedly told that the matter will be escalated, yet no one follows through, and no concrete resolution is provided. It feels like I am being sent from one person to another with no accountability a constant “broken telephone” situation. This lack of clarity, follow through, and transparency is extremely frustrating. These documents are important to me, and the continued delays and shifting explanations are affecting me badly both professionally and personally.
