Once again disappointed by Varsity College

I logged a ticket in May as all of my results had disappeared on the Results tab on the student portal. It is now 23 June, I have had Nimithi telling me it is being investigated, on 27 May, on 4 June she told me it’s still been investigated. On 14 June Rochelle advised it had been escalated to the assessments team. My Jounalism results have reappeared and I have my semester mark. On Friday my English group received their results, I received nothing and I have had no feedback. Is this fair treatment, it has been an extremely stressful semester and VC are just adding on to the stress? There was a mix up on my bill from your side, this has been resolved apparently, so this can’t be the reason. I would appreciate this being sorted out forthwith.
