Not receiving my Qualification!

I completed my degree with VC online back in 2020 and I have been struggling to get my degree ever since… they sent me an online certificate and promised to deliver the original to the VC Midrand Waterfall campus and every time I call in they transfer me from one person to the other, no one is willing to assist me… I am missing out on job opportunities because they don’t want to give me my qualification.
