No Registration Confirmation After Paying A Month ago (10 days away from semester starting)

I have tried to register for the new year Online. After struggling to select my modules and pay the deposit (this took WEEKS to resolve after logging tickets and calling countless times). It has been almost a month later and my registration is still not confirmed. I have logged upwards of 6 tickets, tried using the whatsapp lines and every response is "you will be contacted" and the ticket is closed immediately. We are expected to buy books and pay the fees without even knowing if we are registered for the new year. We are expected to waste our airtime calling into the center just to be told to be patient.

I have not issues this bad with registering in my previous year with Varsity college but WOW. This is pathetic. Waiting over a month for confirmation of registration is not an inconvenience, it is unacceptable. In 10 days we are supposed to start the new semester and I do not even know if I am registered. I am beyond stressed and disappointed in the Online Centre.
