No Graduation communication

I have spent over 3 weeks trying to find out more information about my graduation which is on the 1st of June. I don’t know where the venue is, time or anything. I was a student at the Sandton campus - distance. As I type this I have been on hold for 10 minutes. When transferred to the graduations team the line goes to voicemail. I have spend so much money on airtime. This is ridiculous. I want a response!
