No compassion for financial arrangements, poor administration and no after sales

We as middle class parents who have not qualified for any financial help from any institution are in a situation where we find ourselves behind on tuition fees and having called to make arrangements only to be shut down over and over with no compassion. This will result in my daughter not being able to continue her studies although we are trying to make a payment arrangement, The administration have made mistakes with our bill from day one, even processing incorrect debits , missing debits and allowing my daughter to register incorrect modules. There is no after sales people who can help with rectifying the course modules or even for the correct advice. I am shocked that my child who doesn't know anything is about to be deregistered
