No client service what so ever.
This has been by far the worst client service ever i have experienced. I’m supposed to be graduating end of this month. They still till today have to log my results on their portal for them to let me know about my graduation. They don’t understand the money I have spent on calling to get this resolved and logging tickets. They simply don’t care you pay all this money to fit for something that shouldn’t be a fight. This isn’t how I would want my child to enjoy the fact that they graduated.

08 May 2023, 15:31The campus involved is the Distance learning campus, Midrand. They havent helped in anyway but they continuous saying they are looking into it. I need you to get in touch as this has taken more than a month to get any assistance.
