Ms. Nihahl Hattas is the best contact person and Relation Specialist at VC Online Campus!

Overall, my experience at VC Online Campus has been fairly decent. There have been some technological issues at times, but none that have not been handled quickly and thoroughly. Ms. Nihahl Hattas deserves a 10/5 stars for the care that she shows towards students and their queries. I was struggling for a while with an issue and when she jumped in to help, she gave me quick, helpful and calming advice and guided me in the direction to solve my problem quickly. She made me feel valued and cared for and I really appreciated the attention and passion that she gives to us students. If I ever have a future issue, I will GLADLY request Ms. Nihahl’s help, and I strongly recommend for others to do so as well. In one 5 minute phone call, she made my VC experience so much more positive and she made me feel calm and relaxed, knowing that I can rely on people who care for me at my institution. The VC Online Campus is such a pleasure go study at and I am looking forward to the second half of my studying journey here.
