Missing Booklet!! How do you lose a booklet

I am up in arms with Varsity College, so disappointed, honestly. I would not recommend this institution to anyone at all. Referring to ticket ***, how do you lose a student's 2nd booklet, and then fail the student, now the student must pay another R5750 to redo the module when it was not even the student at fault. On the day of exams, I was in a very loud and disruptive exam room, the invigilator was busy assisting Taxation module (my module) and the other module writing we had to sign quickly as the exam was scheduled to be used for the other module. Now again this is not the first time I got this bad service, the last time I could not do anything as I also paid to rewrite the exams and could not reverse as I was a day away from writing that is how long Varsity College to get back to me. So now I must just pay again. R11 000 down the drain for nothing. All they can say is that the document is completed when I did not even complete the document the invigilator did as she was so busy helping the other module. No calls to update, just the usual ticket closed.
