Mandy Heine, the unsung hero.

Not all heros wear capes but Mandy Heine definitely should be wearing one. She always responds timeously, with great understanding of the challenges we face as online students. She is polite and has created a safe space for me to go to with any of my concerns, no matter how ridiculous they may be. Mandy is a great reminder of what passion for a job looks like, and that is hard to come by these days. She is a valuable asset to Varsity College.
